“I brought the Hoselink for my husband for Christmas he loves to water around the house. It is his relaxation time with the hose in one hand and a beer in the other. He loves it because he can reach all around the front of the house without changing hoses and when he is finished water he winds it back up into the hose reel. “I recently purchased the 30 metre auto rewind hose reel. WOW - I did not appreciate how it simplified my watering tasks. Living on a small property the 30 metre stretch has meant I am able to reach all the garden beds, animal troughs and windows at the front of the house with no kinks, bends, twisting, catching -am I impressed YES. I have watched the adds and hummed and ha'd over purchasing the unit. “Received the hose reel but didn't install for afew weeks. When I got around to installing reel I found the hose levelling mechanism wasn't working correctly. I rang your sales support and was told that the reel was out of stock but they would send me a Australia post free return slip and would resupply as soon as stock arrived .
