“In actual fact the 'lock' should have arrived with the retractable hose that was purchased but was left out of the delivery.When I contacted Hoselink the lock was delivered. I must congratulate the young lady from Hoselink ,who dealt with the problem ,for the professional manner she displayed in rectifying the situation.
