“Not good.I bought 2 padlocks, only one had a key in the box. The other box was open, and the key may have fallen out of the box and into the plastic bag they were packaged in to post, but I had thrown that away before I noticed there was no key.”
“Wasn't sure whether it was supposed to be inserted into both holes of the steel mount of the hose reel or just one of them. It doesn't fit across both, but when inserted only into one, doesn't really properly stop the reel from being lifted off, it just blocks it a little. If it could be inserted into both holes instead (front and back) I think that would be much more secure. I think it's worth providing a small diagram showing customers how the lock is meant to be attached.”
Hi Anthony, thank you for your review. The padlock is designed to fit through one hole on the hose reel pole only. This is all you need to stop someone from lifting the unit off the bracket. Kind regards, The Hoselink Team
