“Didn't know what I needed to make a fix to my house reel. Sent a photo of the broken part and it's replacement was quickly on its way. The original part lasted six years of weekly use. My only negative feed back was the need to create a DIY 'hosewinder' this might be out of reach for some people. So while the instructions to DIY were sent and very clear, the company needs to consider selling this as a part too.”
