I am sorry you have had this issue Joseph! With any Retractable Hose Reel regardless of the brand the pressure will drop this is due to the way the water has to travel. We do have a Hi Flow Retractable Hose Reel with a thicker diameter Hose of 14mm which may be a better option for you. “I chose the Hi-Flow hose reel as it is connected to a water tank with pump. I was concerned about reduced water pressure from a hose in a reel rather than a regular hose. However the pressure is great! As it is a slightly thicker hose, it takes a bit of effort to pull the hose out, but the increased water flow makes it worth the effort. It retracts very well - much easier than winding up a regular hose.”
