“The hose is fine. The screws to fix the hose unit to the wall are made from a very soft metal, resulting in easily stripped screw heads.
It is unclear why such an expensive product is provided with cheap screws. It is recommended that a high grade stainless screw is supplied.
If you proceed with this purchase, be prepared to supply your own quality screw fixtures.”
