I have a big lawn and this hose is easy to pull out and stops with hardly any effort, it also retracts very smoothly. I have four around the house now and they service my lawn and gardens beautifuly. “Great product!! Could you maybe look into using biodegradable packing instead of Styrofoam? I recycle my styrofoam at the local tip but with most consumers this will just end up in landfill. It cheapens the look of your integrity by using it. Many companies now use cardboard molded cutouts instead of styrofaom...just my 2 cents worth. ...I LOVE the hose & reel though:)”
