“I have now had 2 replacement units for the original unit. Each time the fault appears to be the same. The winding/rewinding mechanism fails and the hose will not extend to its full length, nor will it retract fully. I have been very careful in ensuring the hose does not slam back into the reel, but that doesn’t seem to help.
I think there is a design fault in these units.
However, Hoselink have willingly replaced each unit at no cost to me, with very quick turnaround from each warranty claim lodgement.”
“It is so good I've replace all the reels on the farm with them. The extra volume of water shortens the time hand watering plants and washing out the animal pens. The rewind device in the reels have never failed to retract the hose completely on the first go. Top unit.”
