“I am very happy with my purchase of the Hoselink hose reel. Compared to my old hose reel, the water pressure is much improved and it is much quicker to get my garden watering done. The hose retracts beautifully and is so easy to use.”
“I have now had 2 replacement units for the original unit. Each time the fault appears to be the same. The winding/rewinding mechanism fails and the hose will not extend to its full length, nor will it retract fully. I have been very careful in ensuring the hose does not slam back into the reel, but that doesn’t seem to help.
I think there is a design fault in these units.
However, Hoselink have willingly replaced each unit at no cost to me, with very quick turnaround from each warranty claim lodgement.”
