“Quite positive. It is solid and works very well. I run off tank water with a pressure pump, hence the decision to go with the Hi-Flow option. Becomes quite unobtrusive when it is swung against the wall. The hose appears to be of good quality - and I suspect because of the retracting feature of the reel, the hose is not prone to kinking - it comes straight out of the reel good to go, no untangling required. It DEFINATELY requires the swivel hose fitting however - unlike a typical bayonet hose fitting, there is no rotation possible with your watering implement, and the swivel fitting makes it much easier to use.”

“I own a small acreage farm that has a 30 tree orchard, hothouse, shade house and 5 raised gardens for veggies. I've struggled for years dragging hoses from one end of the property to the other. Bought Nylex and Pope reels in the past and had them constantly burst due to poor fittings and rotting due to sun damage. Gave up on reels altogether and went back to dragging 50m lengths of hose around. Bought my first Hoselink reel in 2018 after seeing a commercial on TV and never looked back. Fittings never burst, the hose retracting device still works perfectly and nether the hose or reel box is sun perished. Just bought my 3rd Hoselink reel for the new shade and glass houses. They cost more but in the long run, worth every cent.”
