“Love the hose reel and attachments. Dealing with Hoselink customer service is always a positive experience. Having dealt with many companies and some Government organisations , that keep you on hold with the most dreadful repetitive on hold muzak, Hoselink are polar opposite. Friendly, fast, courteous and GENEROUS. An example.. I had lost the rubber selector ring on the hand held sprayer and rang Hoselink to order a new one. They sent me a brand new hand sprayer. Free of charge..No fuss, no worries. It cost them around $10 for the sprayer and postage, but what they gained in loyalty and referrals is priceless. All companies should look to Hoselink as a customer service example. 10 out of 10.”
