“Everything arrived in a speedy timeframe however we had a couple of items missing from our box and have been unable to use it. We have our hose reel mounted to the wall and look forward to being able to water the garden again. Customer service was fabulous and arranged for the parts to be delivered straight away. Easter weekend has made the postage delayed and we just have to wait a bit longer! We have purchased two hose reels for our mother in law a couple of years ago and she uses them all the time and they are wonderful and still going strong!”

That didn’t stop the flow of text messages urging me to complete my purchase, then offering a discount if I purchased immediately, all while the product was out of stock. Other than that the product fully met my expectations as I’ve used them previously”
