“Very disappointing - bought 4 new hose reels to replace older Hoselink reels I have and when these arrived all hoses were kinked in their boxes. There is no springs to prevent kinking of hoses and the quality of the hose reels are not up to the standard of the older ones I was replacing. Very dissatisfied as I expected the same quality or better from my previous experience with Hose Link”
“Love everything about this hose! Great quality, amazing tapa be hose connections and love that it comes with everything you need to install it. Only suggestion would be a beige mounting bracket instead of it being black.”
“It is a direct replacement for our old one which is now sun damaged and leaking inside. It retracts better than the old one. I thought I ordered a grey one, but it doesn't matter. An added touch is the stop flow fitting on the end of the hose now. You know what they say about quality products like Hoselink. You cry once with the price, but the quality remains long after the price has been forgotten.”
