“Hose reel itself is great!
Hose fitting as supplied with it are unnecessarily bulky, over-complicated and painful to use. I removed the hose link fittings and replaced them with the best quality Gardena fittings available (which have never ever failed me), and now the whole package is perfect.”
“Great quality product and easy to use. Would be good to see a larger diameter recessed area for the mounting bolts to allow the use of dynabolts or anchor studs for mounting rather than having to use plastic wall plugs”
“the Hi-Flo hose reel purchased has made it much quicker and easier to wash out the vans than the standard one, Don't get me wrong, the 4 standard reels work really well and are still going strong after constant use in the nursery for the last 5 to 6 years, Incedently the one we purchased for half the price lasted for months before we binned it. I guess you get get what you pay for, well worth the money”
“Very disappointing - bought 4 new hose reels to replace older Hoselink reels I have and when these arrived all hoses were kinked in their boxes. There is no springs to prevent kinking of hoses and the quality of the hose reels are not up to the standard of the older ones I was replacing. Very dissatisfied as I expected the same quality or better from my previous experience with Hose Link”
“Love everything about this hose! Great quality, amazing tapa be hose connections and love that it comes with everything you need to install it. Only suggestion would be a beige mounting bracket instead of it being black.”
