“The reel is great the hardware that comes with it to mount to brick is incorrect 12mm plugs for brick but use a 6mm bolt thats incorrect and they strip out had to get 12mm ramset plugs and 9.5mm coach bolts to suit now its secured properly. Also my first reel was missing every part except the reel and mount”

And apologies your first hose reel was missing all included accessories - must have been a packing error made. We will follow up with our supplier and warehouse team to ensure all orders are being checked!
