“We are so glad that we bought the 30 m auto rewind hose reel. We just moved into a house where they had a manual rewind unit. We tried this unit and found it terrible .. Firstly you had to wind it by hand. This meant you could not be out front where the hose was kinking up and required straightening by hand.. That hose was stiff in nature and when cold wanted to remain in it's unacceptable condition. In reality it required two persons to roll the hose up.. In desperation we purchaced hoselink rewind hose reel. We had bought other hoselink items and found that the design and quality control of them to be first class. That was the best decision we could have made. Firstly it was easy to mount on the wall. It was not too heavy to pull out, it stayed exactly in the position you wanted it. Then with a slight tug it rewound placing each coil perfectly in the right position all the way to it was all back in position. We also found it was as easy to operate when the hose was pulled out at right angles to the housing..
