“I have found this product very good. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. I found the stencil particualy helpful when assemblying and mounting the reel. Extending the hose from the casing was quite firm, this could be a problem for an elderly person, apart from that I am that extremely happy with the product and so happy that I purchased it: no more twisted hose or pulling from the tap.”

“This is truly an amazing product. The 30m hose is very easy to use and the attachment has everything you would ever want in your garden. I personally have always had trouble winding up the hose finding it heavy wet and I'd end up with dirty hands and sometimes wet feet as well. But i must admit with the hoselink it is so fast and easy I'm completely sold I intend to buy a 20m hose for the other side of our house. Thank you for a product that is everything they say it is!
