“The reel arrived in one box. After checking all the bits were there I set about installing it in the location I had selected. The template made the task of drilling the holes very easy. When installed I connected the hose to the tap, pulled out the hose to its complete length to see just how much it covered. I was pleasantly surprised as it covered all the yard I had hoped for. I knew that 20 metres was not enough, but 30 metres covered it well. The hose comes fully fitted with connectors and a 8 setting hand piece which is very useful. This is a genuine connect and use hose. I am extremely happy with this hose reel and highly recommend it.”

“I bought this because my husband is always complaining that the regular hose (not a hoselink) was always left laying across the driveway after being used (he was the only one who would manually wind it up over his shoulder and hang it on a wire hook!) Who does that every time when they're balancing watching toddlers & watering the garden?! So I bought this auto rewind hose for his birthday & he just loves it. Super easy to install & extremely sturdy, plus the 30 metre hose length makes all the jobs a breeze. Easy one handed action to just give a slight pull on the hose and it retracts without effort back to place. Also has a great all rounder trigger spray head with a good selection of sprays. Although I bought it with my husband in mind, I have to say it has been the best investment as it makes my watering of the garden all the more enjoyable! Needless to say the old hose has been tossed & this one will remain for a lifetime!”
