“The product comes with easy to follow instructions, even for the non DIY regular. The assembly process went smoothly and the product worked first go. You may find that the hose will not fully retract on occasions. If this happens it is best to pull the hose out a fair way and then you should not experience a problem. So far so good and I am satisfied with the product.”
