Installation was easy. A trip to the local hardware conglomerate was in order to obtain the 12mm masonry drill bit but other than that everything was included. Unlike cheap foreign rubbish, the instructions are written in plain English, there is no ambiguity or confusion with what was required. Within minutes of installation the hose reel had its baptism of fire and performed as expected. Well done Hoselink. Can't recommend this product enough. “Actually I suggest that HoseLink add an Excellent option to the drop-down box, coz these are better than Very Good. Had mine for about a year now and wonder how I ever lived without it. I'm tossing up whether or not to get another one as our block is a little over 1/2 an acre, so then I'd have one stationed at each end. “I purchased a 30 mtr hose and retractable reel earlier this year and have become so iin love with the ease of using it, I wonder why all of we oldies don't become kinder to ourselves and purchase at least one for our gardens etc.. My balance is not so good, due to a brain tumor, but this makes using and storing my hose such a cinch. Best of all I find the attachments easier than even your business describes . I also have arthritis in my hands and wrists and don't have any problems connecting and disconnecting the fittings. Not a drip at all. “We are so happy with our hose & reel. It really is as good as the ad says it is. We have positioned it in our yard so that it reaches every part of our block, front and back! It has made things so much easier and neater, and it even fixed the leaky tap problem, so obviously the previous fittings were useless.
