“I bought this reel for my parents for Xmas 2012..they are aged 85 & 87. It has changed they're gardening lives..quite simply! Aside from the physical energy of winding up a long hose..there is the risk of them tripping over a hose thats been left out..reel ( pun intended : ) concerns that I have had for some time. They lost all but the house in the 2003 Canberra fire so having this is more peace of mind for them. “I recieved excellent service from hoselink, delivery wast very fast and care was taken with packaging. Directions for instalation were very helpful and easy to understand. Instalation was a breeze and only took a few minutes. It saves space in my yard as it hangs on the wall, easier access and a lot freindlier for people with back issues as there is no need for un necessary bending and lifting. The hose doesnt kink and the retraction is just wonderful. Overall, I am extremelly happy with my hose's and would highly reccomend to anyone.”
