I have found this product to be of excellent quality.Your staff are very friendly and make puchases very simple, they have exceptional product knowledge.I would have liked my hose reel to be 35m,maybe that could be looked at in the near future.

Very easy to mount on the wall and complete the set up. We are very pleased with the entire system and only wish I had purchased it much earlier.

Love this hose!! The auto rewind function is great. The hose itself is brilliant, strong with no kinking. Love the spray gun with so many functions, have used nearly all of them for various situations. My kids (8 years and 5 year old twins) fight over who wants to use it first. Really great product and was a perfect Christmas present for my husband! Thanks heaps.

We love it, when we had the other hose it was always on the ground and then all you did was trip over it, but even when you hung it up it would always fall off, but with your it's neat and tidy and we love it, THANKYOU

We are overall happy with the product. The only issue we have with this hose is with the pressure. The water pressure isn't as strong as our previous hose and we believe its because of the length of the hose.

makes watering easier and not getting the hose in knots certainly makes it quicker as well. Love it.

We are very pleased with our hose reel. It was a very good purchase, one of my husbands favourite things to use. His pet hate is having a hose lying all over the yard.So he is enjoying the fact that it just rolls back all by itself.
