“I love my new hose. It's awesome. It is so easy to use and I love the shower head best for my garden. Oh to have it -put itself away - bliss. I do however, admit that the hose could be heavier to prevent kinking. That issue used to drive me spare, and the walking back to the problem site, fixing it was such an irritant (older person, working full time, time poor). So if you can work on developing a kink-free hose, I'd be in Heaven.”

“We installed the hoselink & tried it out, when we had it return the handel broke which was replaced without any questions, we really like the whole product, however I truly believe it could do some serious damage if for any reason it retracted by itself, it's very fast & whips up, if a small family member or pet were around they would be knocked out. All in all though it's a great hose & I would recommend it.”
