“This is a great product with just one little glitch. The hose kinks so easily. It is just annoying, does not stop the hose reel working as described.”

“Excellent Product, the only down side I would say is that there is no child locking device. My 3 year old always turns it on and sprays everything the minute your back is turned. He also let the hose retract from 10meters out and the trigger crashed into the paving and broke off. It still works but leaks. if there was a child lock then I would give this product 10/10! Since we have got it, my brother got one for Christmas, my Uncle got one as well, and my mum wants one! My uncle commented saying watering was no longer a chore! Love that the product is Australian Owned and free shipping is great! It was also delivered really quickly.”
