“Very happy with your product overall. Only improvement would be in the mounting hardware. Suggest dyna bolts or similiar would be a better solution for the upper two mounting points, especially for brick wall installation. Cheers”

“I was a little bit confused when I first went to use this hose as I have an older version where you need to wait for the clicks to know when to stop. Also I couldn't work out how to retract the hose so I had to refer to the manual. Now I've used this hose it is a lot easier to use than the old system. For those looking to purchase one of these they are definitely money well spent.”
“Black bracket on hose reel product is marginally larger than fence post I used to screw the hose reel onto. Although I managed to secure the item, the bracket could be made maginally smaller to satisfy most standard size fence posts.”
