“I was a little bit confused when I first went to use this hose as I have an older version where you need to wait for the clicks to know when to stop. Also I couldn't work out how to retract the hose so I had to refer to the manual. Now I've used this hose it is a lot easier to use than the old system. “Black bracket on hose reel product is marginally larger than fence post I used to screw the hose reel onto. Although I managed to secure the item, the bracket could be made maginally smaller to satisfy most standard size fence posts.”
“Have found the hose link 30m retractable hose reel excellent to use. When attaching to a brick wall I was unable to screw all bolts completely. The drill holes for the plastic backing plate / support plate require very accurate drilling for the bracket to be attached firmly. Suggest more leeway for bolts to move if holes not drilled accurately. John Pratten”
“Great product, certainly provides extraordinary reach in a single length of hose. No-burst ends are great to use, easy to twist on and off compared to the normal hose fittings. Only downside is the hose diameter (12mm) could be a little bigger as the drop in pressure from one end to the other is certainly noticeable versus a larger diameter hose of the same length. Great product, highly recommend it for a bigger back yard”
