We are very pleased with our hose reel. It's so good not to have a hose laying out in the sun. The reel is certainly tighter than I had imagined but that's fine I'm used that now. Keep up the good work, providing a great product from an Australian owned family business. Thank you

The real so far has been excellent although the mounting bracket may benefit from some further engineering. I found it impossible to use the locating pins in the lower portion of the bracket due to the configuration of the brickwork As a consequence the mounting is insufficient and the hose real bracket distorts when it is moved side to side so far it remains on the wall although som kind of backing plate is in order

Excellent Hose Reel. Hose is great and doesn't kink. Fittings are easy to use. A little bit heavy but I expect a 30m hose and container would be!!! It's good exercise for my arms.

Easy to use and assemble on to wall. Really does not leak or pull apart. Great length in the 30m allows good coverage to a large garden without having to move hose all the time. Winds away with ease and is easy to pull out to required length. Would recommend to anyone who has ever struggled with hoses coming off tap and ending up with operator getting a soaking!!!!!!!
