“This unit is very good and appears well made but care must be taken when it rewinds as the pull on the hose is quite strong and my wife has trouble using it. I bought my parents some hoselink products for Christmas but just got a straight hose as they would never be able to control the rewind on this unit.”
“The real so far has been excellent although the mounting bracket may benefit from some further engineering. I found it impossible to use the locating pins in the lower portion of the bracket due to the configuration of the brickwork As a consequence the mounting is insufficient and the hose real bracket distorts when it is moved side to side so far it remains on the wall although som kind of backing plate is in order”
