“This product is excellent in all ways - very good quality. My one comment is this - the 30 metre has, by necessity, a strong spring to completely rewind this length of hose. This makes it difficult for my wife to lock the hose at a chosen length. Maybe some attention could be given to the locking mechanism for the next model. Otherwise, we're delighted and my little criticism certainly doesn't deserve dropping a star! Ah'll be back ... Simon”
“Went head on and purchased 2 x 30m hoses and a jet washer as well. Two weeks in and all products have been used around the house and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. “I wish I had bought a retractable hose such as this years ago. I was constantly tripping over an unwound hose and kinks frequently blocked the water flow. The hose was not cheap but you get what you pay for. This is a quality product with quality water tight fittings. I particularly like the included trigger hose with its multifunctions. I use the flat setting to water the top of plants, then switch to the shower setting to water the base of plants. Then I use the mist setting for delicate items like ferns. I have bought other multifunctional sprayguns at the Reject Shop and at Bunnings before but they blow off the hose and leak. This is a high quality product made in China. It has earnt my respect.”

“Watering the various garden beds used to be a nightmare of hoses and watering cans. Now I can use one hose for the entire garden and just walk back to the tap as the hose reel retracts. “The one thing I am dissapointed with is the hose. The hose appears to be of mid-range quality, far from the high quality hose I was expecting. The hose reel itself seems to be of extremely high quality and I guess only time will tell how good it really is but it does appear to be awesome comparable to workshop quality air hose auto retract reels. unsure as I am unable to fit as yet about the self layering. Hopefully I will remember to write another review after I have given it a good test run for a couple of months.”
