“This product is excellent in all ways - very good quality. My one comment is this - the 30 metre has, by necessity, a strong spring to completely rewind this length of hose. This makes it difficult for my wife to lock the hose at a chosen length. Maybe some attention could be given to the locking mechanism for the next model. “I wish I had bought a retractable hose such as this years ago. I was constantly tripping over an unwound hose and kinks frequently blocked the water flow. The hose was not cheap but you get what you pay for. This is a quality product with quality water tight fittings. I particularly like the included trigger hose with its multifunctions. I use the flat setting to water the top of plants, then switch to the shower setting to water the base of plants. Then I use the mist setting for delicate items like ferns. I have bought other multifunctional sprayguns at the Reject Shop and at Bunnings before but they blow off the hose and leak. This is a high quality product made in China. It has earnt my respect.”
