“The feeder arm on my Hoselink hose cart broke. I searched for a replacement part on Hoselink's website. Hoselink's website lists many spare parts for products they sell but not this part. I emailed Hoselink and was informed yes they did have the part and that they would ship one out to me. I could not recall when I last purchased the hose cart - it would have been pre-COVID. But Hoselink found me on their system and promptly sent me the part at no charge. How's that for service?”
