“I had purchased a generic real from Bunnings, which broke after 3 months :(. I purchased the real and after some delays (original order got lost by Aust Post), it arrived. I was surprised how durable the materials are and how easy it was to put together. The only minor negative, is that the inlet to the real faces down which sometimes can be difficult to connect and have the extension off of.”
“During assembly I found some of the screws where extremely difficult to insert and do up, as some of the holes didn't line up of the thread was not cut correctly. Also, the instructions need to be in bigger print and a bit more comprehensive. Apart from that, it's a great product that goes with the rest of my Hoselink range.”
“An excellent product but has some 'proprietary' connections which may present a small difficulty in connecting to you current tap flitting. The simple mechanism for layering the hose works very well although longevity may be an issue.”
“Have had a bit experience with the reel this is second one lve purchased from hoselink they work well .. so would like to see one made for 18mm hose as a suggestion for a new product.”
