“A good solid product which retrieves the hose well, with some manual assistance.The website description of materials was slightly incorrect and deficient. After I queried these points, the website description was altered, but no one contacted me. My follow up call resulted in an grudged acknowledgement, but no thanks was offered.Suggested improvements for this product:1. The top tray needs to be secured (I used S/S screws).2. The screws that secure the winding mechanism to the frame could have S/S washers fitted, to protect the paint.3. The screw that secures the handle to the body, could benefit from a S/S washer (and preferably a spring washer.4. The handle makes the unit a little too wide when negotiating pathways between walls and rockeries. A folding handle would obviate this.5. When the hose is fully retracted, it would be more efficient if the connection end was not capable of pulling completely through the winding mechanism. Better if it would, or could be held in position.This information is provided as positive feedback, not negative, so I am recommending the product with these reservations.”
“Grateful I was finally able to use a hose with hoselink attachments in a place where it was impossible to puta retractable hose on a wall. My previous trolley was too lightband connections of the hose leaked continuously, I am pleased to have a heavier cart which doesn't leak at all”
“All good from order to delivery to assemble to overall use. Problem? One of the basket brackets on the handle was split apart vertically upon unpacking, still attached by pop rivet. Fantastic service response with a new handle complete being sent, delivery expected soon. RECOMMEND: a less soft and stronger bracket. I can send a photo or the bracket if required.”
“So far, the cart has been excellent. There are a few issues that were'nt exactly as I expected though. In my situation, I would need a longer length of hose from the tap to the cart, because the cart topples over when I go to the side of the garden. The hose needs to be completely pulled out from the reel to avoid it toppling. Other than that it is excellent. All the components are robust and I expect all components to last a very long time.”
“Haven’t used it yet but I reckon it should be fantastic to use. I think it would be helpful I it had a nozzle holder so it doesn’t wind back out accidentally while wheeling it backwards.”
“Once assembled it is a great product with loads of capacity. The spooler work a treat. Only suggestion would be a larger type instruction sheet. The type is a little small for the process.”
