“I received the hose reel promptly but because the handle locking clips were missing, a replacement was dispatched on the 4th December. The parcel reached Welshpool, WA, on the 10th December in the morning and has not moved since. It is now 15th.”

“Hose reel is great, easy to move and use, keeps everything tidy, and can store away anywhere. Only improvement I could see done to the unit is if the handle (winder) can be turned inwards after use so it’s not sticking out as much as I have hit it a few times against walls and doors. Would make it more of a narrower unit.”
