“Having used both cheaper and more expensive hose reels, this one is better than most. The hose feed does not work that well and it does tip over, but overall it is a fair quality product for the price.”
“I spent at least 6 hours over a couple of days trying to assemble the reel. The brochure you sent was basically not of any use to me. I relied on the YTube video watching pausing watching pausing. If I had not had the video, I would not have been able to assemble it.However now that it is assembled it is working well.Despite the assembly issues I would recommend the finished product”
