“Looks like I am yet another customer turning to Hoselink due to dissatisfaction with other companies' products. Ordered cart which arrived 3 days later luckily with all parts included. Assembled cart OK but one of the two plastic clips on handle for mounting basket is rivetted on upside-down so cannot fit basket. Hoselink sending replacement handle. Other problem is connecting lead hose to water inlet: cannot get the screw cap tight enough to prevent leakage in the form of a jet of water soaking the user. If this can be rectified the cart should prove to be fit for purpose.”
