“The Hoselink solves all our problems in effectively watering a third of an acre block. It’s easy to reel out and back in, helped by the guide which slides to evenly place the hose as it reels back in. It’s solid and firm. The sprayer is fantastic with every setting you need from mist to very strong jet. There’s also a setting to modify how much water comes through. This is clearly a well designed and well made hose reel.”
“When rec'd it was missing the screws and wheels. Phoned hose link and they sent them to me straight away. When assembling I found the hoselink video excellent. a lot easier than the written instructions. Whilst I was putting together found I was also missing the crank screw. Lucky I had one that would fit.”
“I was given a Hoselink reel cart and loved it. I decided to purchase two more. One assembled and worked perfectly. The other had the wrong screw size for one fitting and another part had a screw hole for the handle which was not drilled through properly. I had to buy further screws and use glue to assemble it. The reel carts work really well once assembled and are very durable and easy to use but Hoselink needs to be more careful with the fittings for assembly”
