“Easy to wheel around and love the controlled rewind.I’ve bought several hoses from Hoselink now and all products have been great. Whenever I’ve had a problem they have always been quick to respond and very helpful.”
“Arrived quicklyEasy to put together with the help of instructions provided and the online video to clarify a few things. Does not stay rolled as tightly as photos but better if nozzle left pointing down. Very sturdy and much easier to use than my old hose reel !”
“My original order disappeared into Australia Post in Melbourne and never came out, but Hoselink sent a replacement which arrived promptly. No fuss, just excellent service. I find the cart useful to extend my retractable hose reels on my 1 acre property. Works well. I was a bit disappointed with the build quality of the cart as I assembled it, not up to Hoselink’s usual standards, and it’s a bit light for the 30m hose, so you sometimes have to deploy the tent peg thingy to stop it tilting. That said, I haven’t had any problems using it. Does what I hoped it would and it’s easy for me (75 yo) to move around. The cart mechanism winds the hose back up with commendable efficiency”
“Adequate. Build quality of cart is average at best. Hose roller guide screw holes do not line up as an example. Fitting of hose leader to trolley also not solid and sprays water when in use.”
“There is only one fault with the cart. A clip is needed from the frame to the hose reel to stop the hose from uncoiling when moving the cart around. The clip needs to be attached to the frame and allowed to rotate to clip; onto the hose reel spoke..That, I in my opinion, would improve the product just that little bit more. With just the addition of that clip would raise my rating to 5 stars.”
“I was impressed, firstly with the fast delivery and secondly with the sturdiness of the reel and functionality of the spray attachment. My only issue with assembly was that the grab handle has two holes each side, spaced at 80mm centre to centre, whereas the hose guide system has the holes spaced at 82mm, which meant a bit of modification to get the screws in appropriately. If I was asked what additional functionality could be implemented, I would say:- a brake for the reel, as this seems to move quite freely, with hose unwinding whilst moving the cart around; - a bracket near the top tray to hang the spray fitting on whilst not in use. Also, the grab handle assembly attachment to the frame's tubes would be better if the grab handle was wider at the base to go over the frame tubes, rather than inside the tubes, to prevent water entry to the tubes and potential corrosion over the years.”
