“This is my second hose reel box purchase - one for our strata and one for myself. It’s a good sturdy product that works well and rewinds easily. My elderly neighbours have no problem using it and that’s great.”
“The product itself is great. Apart from a leaking connection at the side of the box. I cannot get it to stop leaking. So much for the no -leak connections. Otherwise it feels nicely. My other gripe is that there is no way to connect standard hose fittings to you system. This should have been suggested at time of purchase. Quite frustrating. Can someone get in touch about the leaky connection?”
“All I can say is this is the best Hose ever that I have bought. The fittings are so strong and secure and there are no leaks whatsoever! I love how easy the hose rolls into the metal box. I have it on my apartment balcony and it looks fabulous. Oh and the hose doesn’t kink and stop water the water flowing freely. If you want a reliable hose and good fittings don’t hesitate to buy this you’ll be happy you did. I’ve had several hoses over the years and until now haven’t found one like this. Worth spending the money and the customer service is great the company answers any questions you might have before buying any of their products.”
“Awesome in every way. Build quality good but.. hose fittings are probably amazing but its like the old beta versus vhs. Sorry guys your hose fittings are amazing but it’s wasted $ for me . I have to cut them off and fit the standard crap. Please just make that good stuff an option. I like it but seriously not worth time , effort and $ to change.”
