“The product is OK however the hose does not always unreel cleanly it gets stuck. I believe the reason might be the hose is too bulky and it gets jammed maybe better with shorter hose.”
“We moved into an apartment and this looked perfect for our balcony. It works well, looks good and can be used as a little table. We had an issue with assembly, one of the legs wouldn’t screw on properly. We asked for a replacement screw; this was sent to us promptly. Unfortunately, it seems that the problem was with the thread inside the box, not with the screw. But we were able to attach the leg quite firmly (not perfectly) and will leave iit at that. The company did respond well when we contacted them.”
“So far the hose has performed well and too my expectations. However, there are a couple of suggestions from me to you. 1. The colour it can in cannot possibly be one that people ask for. On arrival I spent a day painting it to the colour that matched the walls of my house. Preparing it to receive paint would have been appreciated. 2. The weight of the hose and metal box was not enough to prevent movement of the box when I rewinded the hose. I was forced to Dyno-bolt the unit to the slab. More accessible holes on the feet would make this job easier. 3. It would have been nice to add the “hi-flow 14mm hose” the to this unit.”
