“Good quality hose and the box looks great. Easy to install but after using this for a few months have found that while it is easy to wind up the hose onto the reel, it doesn't wind onto the reel properly. What this means is, when you go to pull the hose out it ALWAYS gets stuck and the box moves. This is very frustrating and means I am continually having to open the box and re-adjust the hose on the reel. It just doesn't work how I expected.”
“A great little product that keeps hoses out of the sun and nicely tucked away. One suggestion for improvement is related to the weight /balance where sometimes when if i pull the hose out the box topples over forwards. I am considering options to add weignt to the rear legs to prevent this from happening.”
