“I find it good it's what I needed, but the instructions didn't specify that the black adaptor / connector was to go where the hose is below and not the tap, but the customer service lady was great she helped me sort out the problem as before I had it the other way around and it was leaking terribly. My only disappointment is that I saw Hoselink advertise on TV as Australian Owned, I was happy about that as I want to support Australian industries (workers) BUT I was very disappointed when I saw 'Made in China if I'd known that before I wouldn't have purchased.”

“Only just unpacked the box today. I had contractors working in the backyard doing paving till second week in Nov and since then I’ve been helping renovate my father’s house.Today is my first day free since early Nov so I thought I’d reward myself and do some gardening and unpack my new Hoselink hose.What a nightmare.Installation took 30 mins with difficult to line up screws for the legsThen the fun began !!!!! The preinstalled hose was tangled inside the box. I then spent the next hour plus untangling a hose that didn’t want to be untangled. Part of the hose is damaged it had a kink in it and is permanently pushed in.Relatively painful to use compared to the Hoselink automatic reel it was bought to replace. So far I hateOnly just unpacked the box today. “really love this product. the only thing i would say is the box needs to be weighted down as when the hose is pulled out it tends to move, maybe this will change when it has been used a bit more and things flow a bit.”
“I currently have 6 retractable 30 meter hoses and 4 metal hose 30m reels as I live on 3.5 acres supplied by rain tank water. With thes two products, I can reach most areas of my property for watering.I am very happy with the hose link products except for 1 of the 30 m retractable hoses which will not completely retract. It leaves about 5m of hose out.Do you have any recommended way to fix my problem. This particular retractable hose has always been a problem.”
