“I purchased this for my wife as she was complaining about the messy hose and she wanted something neater. The reel arrived quickly and was easy to assemble and my wife put it into service that night. This unit has solved the messy hose problem and is possibly the best garden tool that we have purchased for the home. Care needs to be taken with removing and rewinding the hose as you can get a tangle inside the box. Over all a great product and one that is a very handy tool in the garden and around the home.”
