They metal box is solid and stays firmly planted whilst unwinding and winding. Attachments and fittings are great , no leaks, easy to change over fittings . Watering my garden is now the pleasure it should be !”
“I purchased this product because I'm currently renting, and do not have the option of attaching the other units to the house or paths. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. It was despatched very promptly, very well packaged, is well constructed, and assembly was straight-forward. The unit is sturdy, and works as you'd expect it to. The Ned Kelly attachment is well constructed,very solid,and is moulded to suit a persons hand,unlike other cheaper units that I've used. Every thing fits very nicely inside the metal box (including the feeder hose) so there is very little mess when everything is packed away. While I'm very happy with the product,as I have been with all my recent hoselink purchases. I have two minor issues... the first is most likely unique to my circumstances... I cannot leave the unit next to my tap,so when I'm finished,I need to pick it up,and store it somewhere else in the backyard... the absence of handles makes moving the bulky little box a little bit challenging. My second - the hose came pre-wound on - which was excellent! However,when the hose is fully extended,the guide is on the opposite side to where the hose attaches to the unit... therefore,the winding back on process is not even,and the hose becomes bulky in certain areas. All in all.. I can live with this as it is very minor,and does not impact on the performance of the unit'”
