“Works great and looks great. Good mechanism, fluid movement when winding in. I also like the on/off lever, easier to use than the original spray head from my last purchase a few years ago. Had a problem with a kinked hose when first recieved but Hoselink team immediately rectified the issue. Great response and a satisfied with their response.. Will definitely continue to use Hoselink in the future.”
“i am sorry to say this but hubby and myself not impressed at all with this item . The main purpose of buying this was for how easy it appeared to be to operate especially being the wind out and wind up of the hose by using the handle and we liked the idea of the hose being contained in the box out of weather exposure also medical issues made the decision to buy this a no brainer hubby has lung issues and requires oxygen on exertion so simply winding a handle would be ideal plus i have osteoporosis in my back and again the ease of winding a handle was we thought ideal . that is the problem you can not wind the hose in or out without having a difficult time the hose jams up and will not move i have to open the lid and manually move and unjam hose . each time i have literally had the lid hit me in the face , come down on my arm and take at least 10 minutes to unjam manually . maybe i am doing something wrong but as it was complete when we got it we thought just connect to tap and go . i thought once unwound totally and then wound back in using handle problem solved but no if i have to take time to unwind manually and handle combination that is not making me happy i do not have a problem with the cost but i do when it is not doing the job it is supposed to we really thought this would be easier and time saving and we believe hoselink brand to be good bothy in quality and value for money but i feel in this case the product was not worth it any feedback from you would be welcomed i am bordering on asking for a refund to e honest but we want the product just wanting it to work not make it a physical effort every time i want to use it we also bought the sprinkler . when everything was setr up water poured out from the tap and box side but that was rectified with tightening so problem solved there but the box operation of handle is not good please i would like a response at your earliest time to discuss this matter my phone if needed is 0423806198 name is dianne and ian”
“Great product, exceptional quality. We unckuded the Hoselink 30m hose which makes the unit quite heavy so moving it around from tap to tap isnt the easiest, suggest getting a different hose carrier for that. But for a single tap placement, its perfect!”

Was also disappointed that the hose got stuck when extending it like cheaper hose reels that you can buy at bunny's.
Your other hose products are better. Wish I had just gone with the wall attachable product.”
