Good morning Ian, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Glad to hear you are loving the hose reel box, however, sorry the spray gun is causing difficulties for your wife. We are currently out of stock of our trigger nozzle but this will be back around mid-Feb. We can look into this as an alternative for you!

Potentially an uneven surface or one of the legs causing a problem - we have replacement legs we can organise if required.

“The product is excellent because we have 2 balconies but only one tap. We use the hose through the house to reach the other balcony, where we can water the plants and wash the windows. We feel safe that the hose will not leak. While the product is great the delivery process from Australia Post was terrible and needs serious review because it certainly damages your brand.”
