“The product is excellent because we have 2 balconies but only one tap. We use the hose through the house to reach the other balcony, where we can water the plants and wash the windows. We feel safe that the hose will not leak. While the product is great the delivery process from Australia Post was terrible and needs serious review because it certainly damages your brand.”
“Not as good as I thought it would be. The large reduction in water pressure now means it takes much longer to water, and it now doesn't reach the same area as before.I now find myself using another hose from around the corner when I'm impatient and want to get the watering over and done with quicker.It does keep the hose tidy and is easy to unroll the hose, but is disappointing enough for me not want to buy another two 30 meteres units for other areas of my large garden.”
