“communication and delivery very good. Not able to use product yet as the connection doesn’t fit the tap. A new connection was offered yo me to try before I buy a new tap. The connection was sent promptly but Australia post hasn’t, delivered so far. It was sent 15 days ago.”
“This is my 3rd Hoselink product, and the first time I have been disappointed. During the first use, the hose reel broke open, stopped working with water spraying everywhere. I followed the instructions of use, however each time I now connect the hose reel and turn the tap on, water leaks inside the hose reel and the hose doesn’t work. As the product I purchased doesn’t work, I would like to receive a replacement. Regards Sonja”

“So far I’m pretty happy with my compact portable hose. It’s perfect for my small townhouse courtyard. As other users have suggested I’ve connected the short hose to the tap so that I can carry the reel with me as I walk around. It’s very light weight so it easily falls over if left standing on the ground. I would have like a more user friendly hook to take it off the wall, like something that you can just hook the handle on to.I’m also curious about how it will hold up over time when exposed to the elements for most of the day.All in all though I think it is good value and it meets my expectations.”
