“There was a window during which we should have received the shipment however Australia Post failed to deliver on time. The day before leaving Australia we had to redirect the shipment to our PO Box at Buderim. You dispatched in a timely manner and the shipment went to Brisbane and Burnside. It arrived at Burnside around 112.30am Monday and we did not receive it by the time we had to redirect on Friday. Australia post has the consignment and we will receive it on return to Australia on 1 December.”
