“The reel is great for our small outdoor space but found rewindiang the hose difficult- not a simple rewind- care has to be taken otherwise the hose will bunch up inside. Also concerned the rewind knob may break.”

“Overall really great for small areas where a full size hose reel is overkill. A nice improvement would be to have the more secure spray holder on the 2m extension side.I only ever use it by picking it up and walking out the 10m and then winding it up as I walk back, It's just not very practical to mount it, pull it out and then have to drop the hose and wind it back up dragging across the wet lawn.Using it by having it unwind as I walk away from the tap is perfect. Just would like a more secure holder for the 2m spray nozzle. I use it by just moving the 2m hose over to the 10m holder side to hold the spray nozzle properly.”
