“I purchased the hose reel for my verandah, hoping to leave the water on at the tap and so save having to going up and down stairs from the tap as I suffer back and knee problems. Unfortunately, the fittings came apart under water pressure, then continued to leak when I reattached them and tightened them with a spanner. So I’m left with the same problem I’d had with the hose set I bought your hose reel to replace. Such a pity, because otherwise your hose reel is a delight to use.”

“No indication that this was not a spring activated retractable product - so the product is not what I wanted. The so called template for installation was not included in the packaging and it is therefore difficult to work out how to install this product. Hence it is still languishing in my shed. Very disappointing”
